These terms apply to the use of JOYTEL QR Bridge Lite.

1. Authorized use

The application is intended only for authorized JOYTEL support personnel and approved business workflows. Users must have permission to access the connected Google account and messaging channels.

2. Acceptable use

Users must not use the application to access messages without authorization, process unrelated personal data, send unsolicited communications, or violate applicable laws or third-party platform terms.

3. Service availability

The application depends on third-party services including Google Gmail, WhatsApp, and WeChat. Availability may be affected by network conditions, platform changes, account status, and local computer state.

4. Responsibility

Authorized operators remain responsible for reviewing exceptions, protecting local credentials, and confirming that eSIM information is delivered to the correct private support channel.
