JOYTEL QR Bridge Lite is a Windows desktop application used by authorized JOYTEL support staff to coordinate eSIM QR replacement requests.
It receives an eSIM replacement request from a configured private support group, forwards the requested phone number to a configured operator channel, and checks an authorized Gmail inbox for the corresponding operator response.
The application reads only relevant messages from approved operator senders, matches the response to the requested phone number, extracts the eSIM activation information, and marks the message as read only after successful processing.
This is not a public consumer service. It is an internal operational tool for authorized JOYTEL personnel using an approved Google account and configured private support channels.
Access is limited to the minimum Gmail permissions required for the workflow. OAuth credentials and operational state are stored locally on the authorized Windows computer. Google user data is not sold or used for advertising.
